Nottingham Rockets juniors have a main session on Thursdays on small courts to help juniors gain the basic motor skills needed for volleyball and a larger court to experience competitive volleyball too. We also have several schools in Nottingham where our coaches visit and provide taster sessions.

As the juniors gain more experience they are encouraged to take part in the East mids talent development training sessions and to compete at the annual inter-regional competition.  Inside the club we also enter boys and girls teams in to the Junior volleyball national cup.

Womens Volleyball

Rockets have 2 teams specifically for women (National league and Regional league) so if you want to move on from juniors or recreation and play/train at a more competitive level you can.

Mens Volleyball

3 mens teams for all levels of ability (Regional, National Div3 & Div2) gives you a chance to develop at your own pace.
